After graduating in Biology, I obtained a PhD in the field of Neuroscience and have spent more than a decade in academic research at the Universities of Genoa, Rome (La Sapienza) and Geneva. Subsequently, my passion for the social and community aspects of mental health led me to obtain a Master’s degree in Adult Education at the University of Geneva.
As a researcher and trainer, I have been working since 2004 in implementing new approaches in dealing with chronic diseases and trauma. I have trained with some of the most renown thinkers and practitioners in the fields of health, communication, conflict resolution and leadership: Marshall Rosenberg, Margaret Whitley, Shauna Ries, Jean-Philippe Assal, Brian Weiss and Fritjof Capra.
In 2009 I founded the no-profit organisation Dance with Me, which promotes community building and dialogue through innovative artistic approaches.
In 2011 I attended the intensive Nonviolent Communication training with Marshall Rosenberg. Since then, I actively promote its diffusion as a tool for personal and community transformation by participating and organizing trainings in Europe and the Middle East.
In 2019, I co-founded the nonprofit organisation Mirai in Genoa, which aims at promoting and coordinating educational and artistic projects for the development of harmonious social relationships.
I offer trainings in English, French and Italian.
MY VISION
I foresee a world where each individual has the confidence and freedom to unlock the unlimited creative potential he/she inherently possesses and contributes with joy to the wellness of all.
